I would love to see more tutorials. Actually that's how I found out about your channel lol. KZbin suggested your Ani Obi tutorial. I watch a lot of Star Wars stuff on KZbin. I do Bo staff, in Kung fu, and seen lots of tutorials, but yours seems to be real easy to follow. I already learned the obi ani spin in a day after years of not getting it right.

Great hint on cradling the hilt with your fingers rather than using flat palm! I've been trying (and failing) to do it with flat palm

I think i might of seen this a few times 1- in the Old Republic trailer where this Sith Empire attack the Jedi station and Battle master Kao Cen Darach and also in the Clone wars with general Krull when he attacked the clones, but keep saying you have a gift for this doing this stuff , I think you mention when i commented ages and ages a go you have done martial marts training it really shows just very graceful ,

Oh yeah, it’s a 24” blade! love it. you can pretty much find it on any saber site. Usually companies will sell them.

Cool tutorial. Very illuminating! Pun intended 🤓 I'm left with the following question: Do the features of a saberstaff create obstacles to full speed, full power spinning? You clearly know your stuff, and I don't doubt your ability. I just wonder if something potentially ranging from the expense (even the "cheap" ones aren't *cheap*) or construction of the saberstaves themselves, or maybe just recording frame rates get in the way of that.

loved the vid Carly the Helicopter spin in star wars rebels was not the move u did I honestly believe from watching carefully is all they do is push a button on light sabers and they can fly due to the power and speed of the hilt spinning but I really appreciate the lessons I'm not here to judge or criticize your opinions on what you chose to believe but if u re watch it you will see them fully crasp their Helicopter spin Sabers because hypotheticaly speaking if a stunt professional of material arts tried to do a Helicopter spin in reality they will fail or die trying its possible on ground but to fly is a Bruce Lee skill that's impossible to actually do in star wars live action shows or movies and would be great to see 👀 but highly unlikely due to health reasons and cost if any actors get serious hurt from falling or failing or the burn of the hilt and speed rope burning sucks still had to go all in as as much as it would be amazing to see sadly dose not exist in star wars shows or movies because if it's called the Helicopter spin and has to be done by flat palms with no full crasp of hilts then im sorry to say out of love and kindness that your move is not in star wars maybe after they land for a few secs if I missed it due to speed but if so sorry Carly 🫂🤗🕊✝️💜💙✌️🤝😎💯🧸😁much love and May God bless you
