Loved what you said, and so how you helped this lady. Your wisdom is outstanding, and I’m looking forward to learning more of your way of hypnosis. In the last year I’ve lost five members of my family, from my eldest son to my 17 year old dog. On each occasion I honored my feelings and went to every emotion with such love and compassion for my hurt self. I felt every feeling, cried every tear, stayed inside my body as much as I could. I didn’t deny anything which helped me get through these times a little better, benefiting, rather than allowing myself to enter a state so deep like I did in the past where I was drowning, causing myself more heartache. When these feelings arise as I know the mourning has to be respected, I do the same, however the sessions are short now. I’ve found over the last 8 years, that acceptance is the key to everything that goes on in my life, that can be painful.

So good to hear the simple truth that things can happen which make our lives feel difficult for a time. We don't need pills to cope, but rather acceptance of circumstances for the moment, the holding pattern you refer to, and knowing things won't be like this forever. Wonderful advice🙂

Sometimes its enough for a client to feel your hand on their sh❤oulder, even if you can only accompany them for awhile. A burden is less heavy if there is someone who understands, and this alone can be a great source of strength. It is a wonderful gift to be able to help someone to understand nothing goes on for ever, to help them gather their resources and powers again. They are not broken, noone ever is (and, whenever I watch or listen to you, I really wish I had more experience). ... In Hinduism there is an expression "hell for one day"; it relates to a time that is going to have an end, because everything has an end as Shiva will destroy the Universe or Existence at the end of all times - so that it can be born anew.

This is indispensable information benefitting countless folks. I have 3 questions about hypnosis: 1. What characteristics distinguish it from meditation 2. Does it work when a client is exhausted and will likely fall asleep while you do it? I know the goal is relaxation, but I would imagine some move from relaxation to falling asleep. 3. Also, do you do hypnosis virtually? Thank you so much for doing what you do!

"DO ONTO OTHERS AS YOU WANT OTHERS TO DO ONTO YOU" . Not my problem or responsibility for someone's Freewill choices that became decisions. Ignorance is not an excuse not to treated others with integrity and respect. No thx I have an extremely high level of self hatred I refuse to accept anything that I had no chance to avoid. You can blame yourselves all you wish.

Hi Mark, You sound against doctors and this is not the first time to attack doctors. Never compare with a GP who spend 10 minutes with patients only similar time period before and after patients. with multiple physical, emotional, mental and social problems.
