Scott I just wanted to tell you I've been watching all of your videos & your workouts & forms are awesome. Being into fitness myself I usually take a little bit of what I watch from people & advice from trainers but you sir have it down to the T. Thanks for these videos & I've really felt such a difference doing all of your exercises. Keep it up, you're a great trainer! & btw to everyone out there there is no faster way to get "ripped" it takes time & dedication. If you rush it you can get hurt.

@Natcam3 actually diet is the most challenging part of loosing weight on top of cardioand i think many people apart from obviously you would agree with me on that one.. not only contollling what u eat, but WHEN u eat it can be even harder as most people have busy lives and dnt always find time to eat right - i know anybody can do it but its not simple for anyone

hi scott :-) question: what area does this actually hit? and is there different positions to work different parts of the chest if doing cables? thanks
@spoopyscaryskelebones38462 жыл бұрын
Hi Anthony :) The method shown in the video works the sternal head of the chest. If you go from low to high, you’d hit the clavicle head. But I recommend Incline Dumbell Press for that part of your chest instead. Hope this helped :))

@arianfaramarzi1524 жыл бұрын
Good point..
@WithTheBears4 жыл бұрын
@Tim E. The only way to arch your back to keep it neutral is if your starting point is a flexed position. Yes the lumbar spine has a natural anterior convex curve to it but there is a difference between a neutral spine and arching your back (taking it to an extended position) which you see him do here.
@WithTheBears4 жыл бұрын
@@kevinr8579 see my comment below please. If you were to take his lumbar spine in the position he says is neutral and have him stand up straight, he would be arching backwards aka an extended position. I have no problem with lumbar extension during TherEx

Is there any need to do decline, flat, incline, and overhead presses? Or is just decline and incline good enough? I understand that adding different exercises adds a psychological variety and increases the volume of your workouts, but on this video it looks like your pectoral muscles just have striations in two directions, which would mean only the incline and decline would be good enough (overhead is more for shoulders and traps I guess).
