Any tips on when to start my arch? My pr is 5’10 but I did a pop at 6 ft and my hips were over without even arching or anything the only reason my pr is so low is because I arch too early. When should i start arching? Is there a cue like getting my back to the bar

a lil late but i’ll answer anyway, when your shoulders clear the bar, start the arch
