I would absolutely LOVE an answer to this question; why so much salt on all the food? It’s a genuine question I would like to get an answer to as someone who doesn’t add salt on pretty much any of my dishes, only spices. I love pepper so much but salt is quite unhealthy so I wonder if it’s just an American thing? :)
