People don't understand that being well mannered doesn't entail constantly being soft and gentle, lenient and sharing out only nice words and compliments. No, rather this, what is narrated in the video, is well within Adab, and it is not impolite or ill mannered. Laa, laa, it is an extremely appropriate and efficient response. And speech like this is not against Islaam, but enjoined in it. But one should not go to extremes and constantly pass out insults and degradation. No, instead we should be restrained and wise, patient and efficient. May Allah increase the Ummah in Adab and Akhlaaq, and grant us greater understanding of the Deen and how to observe it. Ameen Allahumma ameen.

بارك الله فيك يا اخي try to translate عبدالله الى worshiper or another word because "slave" isn't a good word while the arabic word "Abd" could mean something good like praying and worshiping
