How to identify and fix jammed car door lock

Aim:
To identify car door lock which is jammed when closed as its unable to open with Keys from the outside and even from the inside due the door actuator assembly and Rod Connection being jammed internally.
Reason:
This is most lightly due to vehículer wear and tear based on parts being used constantly over a long period of time (i.e. within 10 ~20 years )
Solution:
Once issue has been analyzed and solución is adquired , new part will be swapped from old to new in this instance.
