This procedure assisted me considerably in replacing what I think was a corrupted uSD card. My PC is talking to it so now to set up the hotspot with the options and settings for DMR. Thanks again OM.

I have tried mine today I seem to be connected to 001 C I can hear hams chatting but when I try to check in or comment it’s not passing or keying reflector any advice?

What about using Rufus? Shouldn't it work just as good?

Rufus works fine, I used in my last build, it is popular because it finds your SD card making it safer to use.

Can you add DStar to a unit that has been configured and running DMR or do you have to do it at initial configuration.

Yes you can. Just login to the Pi-star dashboard and go to the configuration page.

I have a unit that now refuses to add DStar, by making a new image I could have DMR and DStar jointly, but I find the temperature on the Pi-zero rises significantly and transmitting on DMR whilst DStar is active was not nice. Will make two Pi-stars to cover get over this problem. I think the PS is somehow significant when you run dual mode. Thank you for making these videos lots to learn.

Thanks so much for the video. The directions that one receives with the MMDVM Duplex are not too good. They make it sound like all you have to do is copy the Suplicant.Conf file to the SD Card and everything will work. I had a gut feeling that I need to copy pi-star to the SD Card also. I will try that, and hopefully I will get it to work. Mark KB3Z
