that might mean you're using the fl studio free trial, which only allows you to do some things. I'd recommend you go on and download a crack version. At the end of the day, Imagine-Line really is missing work on the cracking part of their program, it just seems like they dont care anymore so, just go and get one from the internet. Make sure it has a folder with the cracked files and that you follow the steps correctly. Have fun producing!

I tried doing this with mp3s that I donwloaded from youtube and it just appears as a little line in fl studio. I tried doing it with other mp3s I already had in my pc. I already checked the fraunhofer mp3 codec but nothing works so far. Is there another possible solution?

Hi. Just found your page. When I import an mp3 audio file, FL Studio 21 plays it, but the playback sounds distorted and the sound is unrecognizable as the song that should be playing. It just sounds like a lot of noise playing, not the song playing. Why isn't it playing the song on the file? Thanks.

Can anyone answer this question... Why is it that when you import a wav/mp3 file (a beat) the actual file becomes louder than it was originally? It does not do this on the MPC software, but it definitely does it in FL Studio.
