Hi there. If you'd like to pre-clear your shipment then your freight forwarding company will be able to upload the invoices and other docs ahead of time so that your goods can move through customs quicker

To get one you can go down to a SARS branch near you that does import license applications (not all of them do so find out first) and you can apply yourself for free. Alternatively there's a lot of companies online that will do this for you for about R2k
