@@DrKeithMcNally, it's empowering to know a healing modality! Keep us posted on how the "practice" is going. Isn't it interesting that we use the phrase "practice medicine". It's lifelong learning, like most everything! ☮❤🤝

Absolutely spot-on, Kevin! Improvement comes from consistent effort and practice. There are no shortcuts to mastering anything, whether fitness, skills, or building meaningful relationships. The key is persistence and dedication. Thanks for the reminder that real progress is a journey, not a quick fix!

Thanks @noemiberes! I appreciate you watching and sharing your support. What is something you want to "persistently practice"?

@@KevinRStrauss I have too many things I want to practice persistently, including mixed media collage making, daily walks, biking, weight training, rolling with my foam rollers, and playing on my frame drum and hang.

@@noemiberes, I hear that! Is there one to start with and really "dedicate", as you say? For me, it's posting videos!!!

A powerful reminder, no shortcuts in life, whether it’s building muscle, mastering a skill, or nurturing relationships. It’s all about consistency and putting in the work, day in and day out. The truth about "use it or lose it" really hits home. Time to start practicing! Peace. Love. Connect.
