These are great exercises before dancing . I now have another use for my walking staff...lol...I get to use it to for exercising the hips, stretching the joints. Thank you so much. Ive been seeing my chiropractor for a while but feel that they have only treated initial assessment (SI & neck adjustment) and not pivoted with new issues. I have a feeling of a stuck left leg in my hip. I can barely get to a 90 degree leg potion when raising left leg. It feels like i need the leg pulled OUT from the hip. Are there any stretches or positions to help

Wow this is exactly what I needed thank you 🙏 🐶☃️❄️🌲i never knew it is normal for the sides of my hips to hurt as I get older, when I sleep , I know I have to do strengthening exercises, so thank you so much about( next week I get to go to Ucla thank God , I was born with scoliosis, and I have bad decision and arthritis, so I really wanted to do exercises. Thank you so much you’re incredible rotation of the three hoping everything really Th SAdeep.

Love those exercises. I got new tighteness in the lateral hamstrings. Don't know what caused the tension, as my hamstrings are quite flexible. I wonder if it's nerve tension. If so, how do you alleviate it? I also the gracilis taut and impossible to stretch and painful.

Wow and wow…. My body fell apart last week on the picketball court and I have been in terrible pain for a week… well maybe not the worst pain but I constantly felt every part of my hip area… these exercises literally took the knot out of my hip area… wow and wow…. Thank you sooo much
