My body instinctively approved of these exercises a while ago. If you learn to listen to yourself, you can find some genius ways to answer the need for stretch from your body.

I'm 55 and do barbell squat, bench, pull up, parallel bar dips and am planning on add over head press. I'm also planning on doing some of the exercises that you have shown 🙂👍

Thank you for your channel! I especially appreciate the isometric exercises you teach. Regarding push-ups, there are several kinds, regular, one-arm, wide wingspan, elbows in, elbows out etc. What different muscles do the pushup types target? Perhaps you would consider making a video just on the Pushup?

I am in pain every second of every min of every hour of every day for 8 months now with now relief. Been prescribed every med, on 5th one. Sent to the neurologist, Podiatrist, pain spec, ankle foot specialist, Brain spec. nephrologist etc. all had nothing to offer. The painful Gout didn't help. It seemed to me it developed right then. I ended up in the emergency room 3-5 times in a month I was in so much pain I couldnt but my foot on the ground I just wasnt able to. Not once did any of these spec. mention exercise or diet or stretching. Unbelievable. knives onthe bottom of my feet what can I do.

Awesome video! Is it possible to provide some exercises to do inside car and/or outside the car went you do a stop during a long road trip? Thanks
@karenk547211 ай бұрын
Good question! I've done lots of road trips. While my husband is putting gas in the car, I will usually walk around the station, parking lot, etc & always do calf raises, high knees, etc. Just get the blood circulating thru the legs.

Hi. I was at bed rest for two months and due to immobility or whatever reason I am having pain in the lower back (near SI joint) which hurts really bad when I sit and worsens on leaning backwards or sleeping on my back. Doctor it would be really helpful if you suggest something for that. Thank you.

To be quite honest, the idea of living to 55 with these back issues and chronic pain is in a way kind of scary. Any specific exercises you suggest that can make the journey to 55 with general musculoskeletall issues not so bad of a trip?
@corysturgis666011 ай бұрын
Everything in this video. Plant based diet. Avoid soda and acidic foods and snacks. Supplements

@@corysturgis6660 ty! 🙏 I've heard going vegan can cure some pretty serious ailments and while realistically I don't see myself going vegan, I've tried to cut down on my animal and animal byproducts. like I've made a conscious decision to do so. I need to remind myself to stay away from sodas. that's my big thing, I got to stay away from those! I am hopelessly addicted to caffeine but yes, you are correct, I should stay away from sodas and acidic things. my kidneys will thank me 😉

How to stay strong after 55? Stop eating fruits and vegetables including honey, eat animal products especially red meat, do some fasting, get enough sleep at least 7 hours and use X3 home gym equipment. Period.

There are many accounts of success of eliminating chronic illnesses by switching to carnivore diet. I have ostensibly untreatable severe IBS/gut issues and keto helped a little, then I tried mediterranean diet and my gut is furious even after 6 weeks on it. I'm going to try carnivore for the first time and see if that helps, maybe go back to keto if it doesnt.
@kissit01211 ай бұрын
This would weaken/kill a lot of people especially older with gut issues
@karenk547211 ай бұрын
Whaaaat? Eating more red meat, especially after age 50 will raise your cholesterol & increase your risk for cardiovascular disease, among other problems. But, you're in control of what you eat.
