Another good tip that has helped me out is to focus on the notes for your non-dominant hand. I have found it especially helpful when trying to learn hard or complex patterns.

I remember when i first got beat saber on the quest i had went straight to downloading songs. The two songs that got me good was first driving ms daisy - logic then from there i got adhd from joyner lucas and kept trying that song until i could finish it from that point i only played songs on the hardest difficulty, and when i was able to do that i then started playing songs on fast mode (not super fast mode) I haven't played in like 5 months but im pretty sure i can do the hardest songs
