வணக்கம் மேடம் நான் கடந்த இரண்டு மாதங்களாக Basic exercise மற்றும் 8 வடிவ நடைபயிற்சியும் செய்து வருகிறேன். இந்த 2 மாதங்களாக எனக்கு முதுகு மற்றும் கால்களில் பயங்கர வலி இருக்கிறது காலையில் எழுந்ததும் குனியவோ உட்காரவோ முடியவில்லை. புதிதாக exercise செய்வதால் இந்த வலி இருக்கிறது. சில நாட்களில் சரியாகி விடும் என்று நினைத்தேன் ஆனால் எந்த முன்னேற்றமும் இல்லை.எனக்கு 10 வருடங்களாக வெரிகோஸ் வெயின் பிரச்சனையும் உள்ளது. நீங்கள் கூறிய வெரிகோஸ் வெயினுக்கான பயிற்சி எனக்கு சிறந்த பயனளிக்கிறது. எனது முதுகு வலிக்கு சிறந்த தீர்வு கூறவும் நன்றி
