Nice video, I am from Telangana state . Madam, please don't discourage people that using words like maintenance, as we believe we become. Let them practice may be they will be able to remove glasses whatever age it is. I like the way you have shown. Thank you.

@@Lakshmiandiappanyoga no madam it's not false promise, it's infact hope. In medical terms also, out of 100 treated without medicine , placebo, atleast 20 people will get cures, that is becoz patient believes he will be cured. I am not trying to tell you, you are doctor, but unfortunately our minds believes what we say to ourself, that is also called mantra. I wish best of luck with your yoga and please keep making videos.

Wav, amazing one. Yes, practicing asana is going to be good to keep the health in good. But what Dr. Lakshmi Andiappan presented for eyes and before for Frozen shoulder is unforgettable. The style and the way her presentation is the key. Yes friends, you find 100s of Yoga Trainers and books, but you will find the key differences with Dr Lakshmi's style only when you get in deep of each yoga.
