In medical terms also, out of 100 treated without medicine , placebo, atleast 20 people will get cures, that is becoz patient believes he will be cured. I am not trying to tell you, you are doctor, but unfortunately our minds believes what we say to ourself, that is also called mantra. I wish best of luck with your yoga and please keep making videos.

The style and the way her presentation is the key.
