I was told my uterine blood pressure was high, I did these exercises 3/4 times per week along with some of the breath work from the other video and I retested after 3 weeks and it’s normal now! So thank you 🙏🏽

Hi Shreya! I have been following you since 3 months. Now am in my 8th month. I had problem with blood circulation to the uterus. And I had suggested by my Doc to take blood thinners to correct the blood circulation. I was panic and that time I found you and started doing this excises keeping a hope. It had really helped me alot. I must thank you a ton. Now my Doppler study is showing that enough blood circulation is happening to baby and uterus. Now my due date is in December. Mam Lemon juice in warm water & green tea are safe during pregnancy? I read in magazine that its aslo helps to increase blood supply in uterus.

Hello ma'am Now am 8th mnth pregnant..my Doppler scanning showed that baby getting low blood circulation,blood resistance is observed,baby is low weight,if i start these excercise from now onwards can i improve blood circulation to uterus.. please help me.. doctors saying that the baby is at high risk..baby weight is only 1100gms.. please help me..
