Yes it keeps glitching- words jumping and repeating throughout 46.30-46.40 for an example. It’s worse in the second half of the video. (Absolutely love Evy and the interview though!)

The irony when the video starts off with Evy saying not to try to sell things/make a salesy pitch, then it cuts off to your ad trying to sell 😂

I've learnt the best way through working in retail don't be in their face because people think you're trying to sell them something. However you can go on up to them and say hello and then add "I'm just over here if you need anything." So they are not as put off by you. I find they smile and thank you and are more appreciative because of that

I'm pretty sure Evy has thought of this already, but posting a photo of your daughter... If they're old enough to have social media, make sure the photo you posted isn't the one they used for their profile photo. It's so easy to take that photo and use facial recognition via Google to find out who the person is. It happened to me and my stalker found out a lot about me 🤦🏻‍♀️ Tip: if you're on a dating site, don't use the same photos that you use on social media, they're easy to trace.

I agree with evy's point on level of guilt physical or online abuse. Also when you abuse physically that person saw you, even though I say this and you could wear masks and shit like that but your voice can also give away. Although online people create fake accounts maybe use photos of others for profile pics. Online we don't see the person so people can likely feel lack of guilt there.

I love it, i release all the cortisol (rage) out of my body to replace it with dopamine and i practice a lot of combat sport like karate, krav maga and tai chi to know when to strike, talk, not talk, walk away ! I breath also and i discipline myself with the using of electronic devices ! It's amazing to control the beast ! I listen to podcast like yours ! I feed my mind and body with great and healthy words ! I eat healthy and i am in a process to have a better sleep thanks to your podcast ! I do all of that for living with passion ! It's a process and i beautiful and passionnate process ! Have a great Louisa and God bless you and your family ! 😃

I guess we will have to listen and find out what she does in those three sessions. Perhaps do something to show us by break down common problems because I'm just thinking about something like narcissistic abuse where even DR Ramani says herself she could tell people do this, do that and tell people they're going to be fine but then will always add, it's more complex because there's the trauma bond, the rumination, the am I a Narcissist? Was I more codependent? (I know a lot of people don't like that word) and breaks down terminology, and narcissistic parents like Narcissistic Father's and the effects it has on young girls to potentially seek the bad parts out to date narcissistic men. So I don't want to come across like a know it all or arrogant but if for example Dr Ramani is saying that it's more complex how can someone be fixed in three days depending on what they have gone through? Even some one like Marissa peer she can break down your problem very quickly by how you speak to yourself and giving yourself affirmations say and hypnosis but you won't be fixed in three days it's over a period of time like a month and she says therpists have always come to her when they don't know what to do with a client

Who do you tell this to. And who are you to tell anybody anything. This is a bunch of nonsense. What makes people like her believe they know anymore then the next person about relationships. Nobody knows any more then the next person. Especially with silly advice like this. If you both just sit there and listen. I guess theres no conversation
