Good video breakdown after a loss. I think the church camp was the largest defining moment with the second being not respecting the krill at the station. Would like to see this match up again with healbane/decay.

This was interesting to watch as Mo n' Krill player. I actually struggle in this match up in the other direction. Every Fern just picks me apart slowly, basically everytime.

I think Infernus has the upper hand in this lane, but I see whats happened here. Poshy correctly thinks Moe and Krill is really good at staying full health, so he didnt do much harassment but that burn will also decress his spirit damage which decreases the heal, and Moe and Krill also has such an easy headshot for fast ignites and a huge body so he has a really hard time hiding behind cover to avoid infernus burning him all the time, using flame dash to clear waves and your ammo for confirming last hits denying and dumping the rest into Moe. Also if you get decay in the lane like Poshy pointed out you're pretty cooked as Moe.

@@Alfie-ni7lx How does his burn reduce his healing? Only his 1 decreases his healing and only if you got it on T3 which you never will have in lanig phase... edit: oh you mean the 3 with decreasing spirit dmg which in turn decreases his healing a bit... fair enough I suppose.

This is a good analysis. Some more feedback would be using your infuser more, you only popped it once the whole lane. It’s good for sustain when you get the burn on them and definitely hurts, even if you’re not diving and you just need to poke or regen. You also didn’t use ammo scavenger’s passive of stacking souls into it. This is just some micro stuff but happy to hear your feedback on this. And yes I do agree with you. After the recent patch the church camp is super good when you’re on infernus.

As someone who plays Moe and Krill Infernus is really annoying because theres not much you can do to stop getting burned your head is easy to hit and its really hard to get your whole character behind cover. But even so you can keep up by disarming and healing off lane opponent / creeps. But you know what really shuts you down? Decay just getting spammed on you and burning you lose all your life and if youre low hp as moe and krill youre not gunna heal up to full with scorn very quickly if you burn him a lot and decay spam off cd. Also if he's burning he does less spirit damage, less spirit damage less healing on his 1!

One word of advice I can offer is that you should put off skilling abilities for as long as you can, or at least until you know what you'll need. In a mo/krill match-up with infernus, for example, it might be better to skill the flame dash to clear waves fast, harass, and most importantly, use something that doesn't require right clicks against a hero with oppressive disarm.

What does "cosmetic" mean as used around 22:53? Poshy says the guardian is "cosmetic" a few times

He means that it doesn’t actually do much damage to players, so it’s pretty much just there for decoration. I’m new to the Channel but it sounds like he plays or used to play league, and the towers are extremely dangerous in the early game, which makes tower diving very difficult. It’s way easier to tower dive in deadlock, which can be frustrating for a lot of league players that are used to feeling safer

@@chadryanmiller7076 Even more than the Guardian not doing a ton of damage, the big whiplash for players coming from League is that in League if you damage an enemy champion while you're in range of their turret the turret will immediately target you and not stop until you leave its range. But in Deadlock the turret just targets the closest thing and will switch aggro as soon as something else is closer. So as long as you have a minion closer to the turret than you you can stand under the damn thing and shoot for free.

Deny vs shotguns is just so difficult and Mo is such a nuisance to deal with early on... I am taking notes though. Camp, healbane/curse, play safe behind cover until then

Mo & Krill has some of the highest base weapon DPS in the game. You mentioned that you need to get better at estimating Mo & Krill's damage output; I dunno if you have a good feel for laning against Warden, but their damage is very similar early game.

29:30 here you keep talking about buying healbane when fighting mo&kill. You could've bought it, if you were aware of it during that match, ran to the blue shop and bought healbane and have it to finish blue. Just my opinion of what you were talking about while you were vod reviewing your scrim.

This is gonna sound weird but as a Mo and Krill player, shoot him. He has a lot of healing and you won't fully poke him out and kill him, but if you just shoot him constantly he can't actually get in to fight. If you keep him around 1/3 to 1/2 half depending on the character he has to take his approaches REALLY CAREFULLY and it's hard for him to pressure.

The thing about mo and krill also is that deaths don’t really effect him as much as other characters he can still stay competitive early and mid while behind on souls.

It is kinda funny repeatedly saying you’re behind when your soul count is usually equal or higher than everyone on either team except Yamato Granted at some of those points you hadn’t spent a bunch but still That aside, a lot of my takeaway from this commentary is that the game maybe doesn’t give people enough room to roam and do anything as it is judging by the number of times you’re theorizing how you could have made some play or other only to conclude that no you couldn’t because there’s gonna be a wave shoved under your walker way before you could finish.
