Thank you. I recently had a stroke and my handwriting has suffered. These materials help a lot. I went to a book store and asked for handwriting materials and essentially was laughed off the scene with a children’s book.

That's just a Rhodia grid pad! You can use it for whatever you want ... the guidelines can be really handy for neat writing. :)

You have two options! There's a blank grid page on page 6 of this worksheet (thepostmansknock.com/catalog/improve-your-print-handwriting-worksheet/), which you can print off as many times as you want to (I recommend using 32# HP Premium Laserjet paper). The other option is to use a Rhodia grid pad (thepostmansknock.com/catalog/rhodia-a4-staplebound-ice-pad/) -- or any grid paper pad, really. Throughout the video, I'm using the worksheet page. :)
