if I were to take my practice exam on Khan Academy, would I be based off of a 1600 scale? should I just use the SAT study guide book and take one of those tests?

as long as I know, just try to get the context of the particular paragraph or passage. What do I mean by that? I mean try to take the gist of the passage, the tone author using, and the content. You may approach it in different ways, but the best way, personally for me, is reading the sentence from which the word is asked at first, then to plugging out the word imaginatively, and after that trying to come up with the word which is appropriate of using in order to convey the meaning of the sentence. Then just choosing a word with the most similar meaning to the word I have came up with.
