You can rap it as is, just come in on the 4 and don’t try to make everything fall on the quarter notes (1-2-3-4); they’ll naturally fall between them because you’re mainly rhyming 16th-note syllables until the end of the bar (“...-lieve me”).

The Kicks fall on the 1st and 3rd Beats and the Snares fall on the 2nd and 4th Beats. There’s already a lot of videos on his channel that explain stuff like this go check those out
