Thank you for your video. My baby is 3 months old and my milk supply has dropped since the day he turned 2 months. The only thing that has changed is my water intake and that he sleeps good throughout the night. I am going to try everything that you stated for a week to see how it goes before i quit, 4 oz of milk each session is not enough. 🥰❤❤❤
