Awesome Video! Get that sign up form dialed in at 5%+ plus conversion rate and a solid welcome series with at least 3 emails. What works well is that first email a text based email coming from the founder.

You may hit them up. Most apps are free either for a while or for some functionality. Certians things have a cost. You might ask them what part is causing the billing and you can cancel of needed as well or at least revert to the free options

Maybe I can help. So far, all of my sales have been by word of mouth and general interest/ curiosity. They have all been local (co-workers, neighbors when I see them out and about, people in retail stores already shopping and I keep a few candles with me for that purpose). My approach is to simply read the situation and then ask as an example. "Hi, I just wanted to ask, do you like soy candles by chance?". I then show the product and let the customer make up their decision based on their reaction, then I give the price. I've made most of my sales, just by doing that. They then ask me if I have a website. I tell them, not right now, but it is coming soon, and I can let them know as soon as it is available. Then give them my business email. I also inform them that i am brand new and that candles are starting point, but that I love the process and that it took months of work to have this result. Word of mouth is a BIG deal. (I picked up X product at (Your company name) and look at this!). The key is to get buzzword going and eventually you won't need to look for customers so much. They will come looking for you, if you focus on giving THE BEST product that you can deliver at a fair price. Anyway, customer engagement is a HUGE deal. There's no substitute for getting yourself out there, even when things are going well. Of course, you want to keep the customer relationship at a business arm's length. Otherwise, people tend to expect freebies, etc. on your hard work. Other things to help are making flyers and listing all (or most) of your scents and photo examples of your products. Consider as well, adding additional products to your brand and just getting your name out there. If you've already setup and LLC and Trademark, then you can absolutely advertise in a public setting (billboard, storefront, vehicle, etc.).
