The problem with his logic is that it's not based in reality. I don't respond at all to cold texts. They are even more chicken shit than a phone call, which is a step down from face to face. In other words, texting is appealing to agents who suck at calls, but only because they are avoiding rejection. If I get a cold text solicitor, I block them immediately. So do most people. 👆
