I binge dopamine first by watching a lot of Gordon Ramsey shows like hells kitchen, and also watching recipe tiktoks. My brain suddenly started making space after watching enough of it, to prioritize that hobby in my brain to get that next dopamine hit from it. I then started cooking and my brain could not tell the difference from the videos and from myself doing it. The final reward of the cooked meal will lead you to be more confident in cooking, and to do it again. It will feel uncomfortable at the first try cooking, but halfway Into the first meal, you'll be like wow Im really cooking this!

Oh no.. dont say diet.. Everyone has different body and some ppl cant eat specific foods like nuts, dairy and other things. Not only from allergies, but also ppl have food's that body dont tolerate well.. There's also life style and other important factor's, so need to search what is good for ur specific body ppl.. and amouts.. coz even the good thing can become toxic if have too much :/
