Where do you think the research comes from? Medical Doctors couldn’t be medical doctors without PhD doctors/scientists. Also if you ever actually went to college you would realize that there are many forms of doctors. Not all doctors practice medicine And most higher level professors posses a doctorate degree. They are addressed as Dr. that is their credential. A medical doctor is an MD. Those aren’t the only doctors.

I've bounced around different NSDR videos but this is now my favorite. I like it for the good and consistent audio quality, the speaker speaking in a non-forced and normal voice, lack of music, and most of all for the speaker staying with me throughout because I tend to get lost in thought when there is long pauses. NSDR has been a game changer for my racing mind. Thank you so much! Andrew Huberman brought me here and I'm grateful for both your channels 🙌

Edit: unfortunate there are now adds in this video. Defeats the purpose of falling asleep to only be woken up in the end of the video by an ad. If you have to run them, do it in the beginning of the video but not in the end.

I've been trying to heal a couple health issues for a few years now. I started the breathwork 2 years ago and cod exposure last year ( I have taken long breaks when I'm not well). I just received some tests and I'm starting to heal. The naturopath was so shocked and Said I have better methylation then the average person. She was shocked because of what I'm going through. Cold exposure and breath work improve methylation. Thank you 💖💖💖

I struggle with TMJ - I clench my jaw during my sleep and it gives me painful headaches daily and my sleep is terrible. I just tried this for the first time and feel so relaxed and my jaw muscles are nice and loose. Thank you!

Anybody else can’t help but smiling when we are ‘travelling’ around our body, feeling each individual part with our mind? It feels so satisfying, like energy is bubbling in that area. Well, that’s my experience anyway. Amazing protocol

Damn thanks for the person who brought this into existence and reached to me I as a CBSE 10th grader was extremely fed up from everything despite being topper I had no passion to study suddenly after The months of July August etc one fine day while scrolling I found it and had urge to try it damn within 23 minutes I guess I felt into a sleep just for 1 hour 30 mins but this amount of energy boost never in my life I have felt

Finally! Been using this to fall asleep and works wonders, normally it would take me hours to fall asleep. But sometimes it’s hard to focus when stressed with too many thoughts but it does help when I try to focus on body parts💆🏾‍♀️

This is an ancient Indian yoga practice that one does after doing yoga! It's called Yoga Nidra

yeah but without the bullsht that yoga comes with, no namastes, no worship, this is more scientific, not saying some good yoga Nidra but the excessive bs that yogis carry annoys me

@@javiercisternasnajle To be fair, the elements that have been removed from a regular yoga nidra script do carry their own benefits, but they may need to be adapted to make them more palatable to a wider audience.

Isn't this Yoga Nidra? An ancient practice. I'd love to see the science on it. So many ancient practices are now being analyzed by science, but were always healing.
