Thank you for this nice video mam. I'm 12weeks pregnant and my recent blood results shows that I have hemoglobin 7.0.. My midwife got worried as the least value is 7.1 and I'm even below that. She suggested me iron supplements where I will start taking them from today. The past 6-7weeks I was not eating good because of nausea. But after watching your video and listening to your clear explanation of consequences on me and my baby, I feel more responsible to include those iron rich food items into my diet. In 3rd sonography for 16 weeks sonography haemoglobin is 9.9 & there is bilateral choroid plexus cysts

@drsuhasini5119 your hb level isn't that bad. But you can work on improving your hb level a little more.. Have lots of iron rich foods.

1st trimester -11. Above 2nd trimester -10.above 3rd trimester -11.above Is normal according to WHO quideline
