When I was pregnant I was also suffering from diabetes but find out at the last trimester of pregnancy so difficult to control my sugar level but then I am blessed with a baby girl she's about 7th month old . U are so hardworking because with infants it's too difficult to manage your life properly

@@poojaramphul532 I am 25 year old and very slime but in pregnancy my diabetes or sugar level was above then 100 and couldn't control only way to control diabetes is to walk to much after eating so sugar level will control I did that time .Yah after delivery diabetes cured itself. That's called baby sugar .I am perfectly healthy now living in KSA belongs to Pakistan

I also had gestational diabetics during my pregnancy, Grind all your grains and make this kind of Cheela (dosa)and have it ..I am sure it will not increase your sugar level..do try this.. Soak your grains(Dal,Chana,urag dal, Moong dal)you can use any grains and and make a thick batter You can have 3 or 4

Hiii!!! You can have rice for sure but you have to modify the way of eating....when u cook rice let it cool down in room temperature and then keep it in fridge overnight or for 24 hours then take out let it get back to normal room temperature and voila lyou can enjoy rice...reason being by doing this you are developing resistant starch in rice which actually helps in lowering blood glucose level....it's scientifically proven and m diabetic i can vouch for this!!! Kabhi kabhi doctors nhi batate.... Same way you can have potato also make it like potato raita....it will work as both pre and pro biotics!!! Don't skip anything just alter the way to eat it...stay blessed 🙏

@@sadiabaig9237 having said that every body is different it suits me well and when I check my sugar level pre n post meal it's on normal side!!!! Still quantity matters a lot it's not u have plate full of rice n with lots of heavy cream curries will help u !!! So quantity do matters!!! Or u can also have rice daal and "ghee" as adding ghee reduces glycemic index n convert it into complex carbs and also try to add veggies in your rice while cooking that way you are adding fibre also!! Hope it helps 👍

Your report had Only 3 points away from fasting cut off and that too the sample was collected at 10:05am. Such prolong fasting and normal exercises after waking up can increase fasting blood sugar. Many women suffer from really bad numbers and doesn’t matter what they do they can’t get achieve their target levels. And also with as the pregnancy advances the numbers become high. I myself suffering from such and it is frustrating to restrict food every time and constantly worry

Hi debina.. Monika here.. I want to say your doctors hard work makes all this possible and obviously your effort too.. But i was not so lucky.. I lost my first baby two years back in 9 month it was stillbirth due to high sugar, my dr doesn't adviced me any thing or never alert me coz that time corona was on pick point ...now in I'm pregnant with 7 month.. Again dr said Im having gestational diabetes.. Iam getting nervous and sacred whlie i recall all the memories . I want to stay positive but somehow it doesn't work.. Plz tell me what to do. 🙏

I also lost my baby in 37th month of pregnancy on 8th April 2024. Bahut Dhukh hota hai. Believe nhi hota ye kaise ho gya. I was also facing gestational diabetes.

mujhe bhi gestational diebetic tha pregnancy me breakfast- upma daal dahi, cheela, roti sbji daal by 11-11:30am- only apple afternoon- daal roti sbji curd 4-5pm- bhuna chana+moongfali night-same as in the afternoon beech me coconut water, normal water (no rice, poha, sabudana, sugar, mainda)
