Beautiful and really delightful messages, thank you Dr Lara, for all of that. I love all of these messages. Recently I've heard it from Teal Swan that in this year in 2024 we have to master relationship (with ourselves, with others, with situations, with everything). And I know it from Anthony William that some Angels have names that we know and learned that, but at least myself don't know for all of them. And they do help us in very specific situations. In an earlier video you shared that Dr Lara, that let the emotions to run through us and let it go. Maybe you said it a bit differently. My question is, how do you do that? Like what is your method for that? Can you please share it in details, how does it look like? And if you give your personal experience step-by-step to walk us through it, that would be really great. So how to run these emotions through the body, how to transmute them and how to let go all of that. Thank you in advance. Have a beautiful and harmonious day! I was looking for a place to live and felt prodded by a small inner voice to check out a zip code ( it happened twice), at a particular address I got a great feeling from. I always usually pick a home by the "feels" I get when in it. The zip code was the pre marital initials of my name and I am just coming out of a difficult divorce..who was prompting me to check the zip code? Would so love to know.

what a wonderful testimonial of following your intuition and divine guidance. sometimes it can be challenging to know where you're getting your information from. that is the brain trying to figure things out. it could have been your angels or it could have been your intuition. that is the beauty you get to learn for yourself. the most important thing is that you follow those hunches which you are already doing. congratulations
