My apologies; I earlier asked you for a link for Part II not realizing that this is Part II. I tried finding Part I on youtube and via Google with no luck. Is it titled "Take a look at champ Zhang Weili’s first day of training camp ahead of UFC 248"? If not, could you please post the link for it in your reply? On a separate note, IF Joanna is smart, she will rely primarily on counter striking and evasive footwork. Are you training Weili on techniques for cutting off the cage? Thanks for all your dedicated work in making Weili the best fighter in WMMA.

I honestly can't thank you enough. This is by far the most important athletic discovery to ever have occurred, literally reforming how athleticism is judged and trained. This disproves the 'genetic freak' angles that mainstream media is completely obsessed with, opening the possibility to be an elite athlete to literally anyone. This is such powerful knowledge I wouldn't be surprised if it was suppressed. I've been trying the principles of the hyperarch mechanism with the upper body as well, and I've definitely noticed better engagement of the muscles in the chest. Honestly I can't even state just how important this thing is man. I've got my dissertation up next year, and I'm definitely going to do mine on this.

They definitely did. Here is a video of a Vietnamese style kung fu which has roots of Chinese kf. What he’s doing here is tendon/fascia training. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ep7KdnSkjKt7mJo It makes you unbelievably strong. The kind of strength that causes strikes to penetrate deep into the opponent’s body. It’s totally different from lifting weights and building muscle mass. Tendon strength is better than muscle mass in fighting abilities.

Matt Enriquez all her fighting style she learned from her masters & coaches is what made her what she is as a person rn. She is showing the world what a true martial artist should be, a humble person who lives by it to the bone. When it comes to striking it’ll be Muay Thai, but when it comes down to grappling she can use sanba/bjj, it’s up to her lol. At the end she is who she is because she’s a true Chinese martial artist and that is what everyone loves about her. Did you think she got that mentality from Muay Thai? No, she learned it from her masters and growing up with martial arts since the age of 6.
@jz01114 жыл бұрын
Matt E Sanda has been a limited set of actions on purpose, such as no elbow. In ancient Chinese martial art, no limit on how many consecutive elbow hits and knee hits. In MMA, Muay Thai presents all that.
@jz01114 жыл бұрын
Alymbek Dzhanybek uulu Chinese martial arts have been downgraded for near 100 yrs now due to avoidance of rebellion. Modern Chinese martial art preserves the form of art not practical weight and muscle training. Many were not practical, which was called faked. The guy you mentioned Xiaodong Xu. He is an activist to challenge those people’s business.
@sonphan81744 жыл бұрын
Matt E But the guy who trains her in this video is training her using the knowledge from Tai Chi. He is training a very important part of the body, that is the tissues connecting the muscles together. This part of the body had been trained by REAL Tai Chi masters for hundreds and even thousands of years but is ignored by Western scientists until now. He has scientific evidences to back his argument if you don't believe.

@HyperarchFasciaTraining5 жыл бұрын
not really, everyone is different in terms how glutes dominant they are. Only elite class of individuals are glutes dominant and fascia driven. Just because you practice a style of martial arts does not mean you are glutes dominant, this is the same thing as saying Taiji is not useful. it depends on the individual practicing it.

BaguaZhang foundational training involves isometric tensioning but without Hyperarch, you will be wasting years and getting no where :) now you know all elite athletes have it and regular people don't
@FredoFreedom5 жыл бұрын
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining I did waste many years. Some how subconcously and with good teachers and knowledge of tendons I was able to get rare ability in I-Chuan and Tai chi after years of waste. Years more wasted to get to bagua (doing in motion). I could not replicate the magnetic feeling in stationary form in bagua continuous flow until I saw your stuff. When I saw the tendon I instantly knew this was chi-kung and what I was missing. One thing my bagua teacher has is a twisted isometric tensioning (especially arms). He is very high level and when I saw the twisted nature of his tensioning I also new this was a great missing piece. of course without the legs I didn't even bother with this part. When I got the legs, it all came together. I am always hypeing your teaching.. unfortunately its hard for people to get understand, believe. I haven't been able to convey to my fellow students as many drop away from no progress. My teacher is probably set in his ways.. He can do it but doesn't really understand why his students don't get it or can't get it. Thanks again.
