Many believe that to increase self-esteem all you need to do is think good things about yourself or do positive affirmations. However, developing authentic hard-core self-esteem requires taking a look at ourselves in totality. That means our good sides and our developing sides and becoming o.k. with who we are in all of our sides.  This truly takes courage as most of us just want to blend in and be accepted by others which may mean avoiding to look at all aspects of ourselves. This video encourages you to accept all of you for who you are.
