Do you cycle your lifting or do you always lift this heavy? Currently I strict military press 215 for one rep but don’t I could hoist the equivalent of that with dumbbells. I think I may play with some dumbbells and see what I can do safely. You are a beast, brother!
@LairdRoss4 ай бұрын
Yeah heavy for me is singles, this is rep rep work to help build the base

Bro this lift is hard. I tried once and i only was able to do 6 reps with 18.5 KG. I should focus on incresing the weight or the reps firts? (BTW i am natty and 16 years old, being lifting for 2 years and a half :)

do you think you lose most of your strengh when you go just on TRT?
@LairdRoss4 ай бұрын
No mate I was able to hold all 20 reps while in natty state. Was just hard. I won't do TRT until I am mid 40s

Can you explain what's wrong with it considering he gave himself ample time to adapt to this position and clearly the load is managed close to in not entirely by the muscle?

Overhead press is underrated.I really rank it as a strength builder.Impressive strength shown here.I like wearing no belt using my body as raw as possible.Functional muscle helps me with work etc.👍
