Hi Natalie, Thank you so much for making these videos! I was struggling like crazy with internship searching for the past year. Last recruiting cycle I sent out 400 applications, did 15+ interviews and got 0 offers. All because I had low self confidence despite doing projects that were tiers above average. This time around I landed an internship with a really good company and it feels so unreal. thats a shitty statistic 400/15/0... what have you done wrong? technically by the number of statistic you should have landed a job, because its always some outside which is needy. Not every employer is sexy to applicants

to me its not very useful. to me it declares that society will always try to scam each other off. because you can make more money by exploiting people (eg one guy doing the job of 3). in the future, there will be very very big corporations and a few smal smal businesses. the middle of the society (backbone who pay the most taxes) will fall off, either up or down. this will lead to a break of society. everybody just wanna live and survive. everybody gotta eat man. by this short term thinking most companies will anyways fail long term wise. i see a lot of problems in the future.
