Could you a tutorial on how to push with the glutes while skating, please? I push with my knees and they start to hurt and I get tired pretty quickly.

Any good freeskates. Hardboot model. Beginners usually use 4*80 mm wheels for jumps but 3*100, 3*110 is also ok. Trustful brands: Powerslide, FR SKATES, Rollerblade, Micro, Flying eagle, Fila NRK (Houdini).
