Can these be separated with heat or do they need cut open?

With these Sierra headlights, often times your best bet will be to heat it up with an oven. Some installers do prefer the cutting them open, however it is not 100% necessary.

So the one you demo the installation had the chrome finish on the inside, but the one you have on the truck has an amber bulb where the gmc chrome plate is at? How does one get their Headlight to look like the one on the truck and not the demo installation?

Hi there! We see what you mean. This is simply our amber Front Turn Signal Bulbs installed! Does your Sierra have factory turn signal bulbs in this location?

Chris Sturgeon I didn’t realize how expensive this headlights are. I broke the lense and now it gets condensation. They don’t sell the lense (cover) only even though you can clearly replace it as shown in the disassembly video I either put up with the condensation or cough up about $1000 for a new one. Might just get an aftermarket set for 300-400 and sell my good one 😅
