Was kind of a stupid question for me to ask anyway because obviously the closer to the road a filter is the more likely it can be drenched by a deep puddle.

@@this.ismarcel1407 ep2 civics (d16v1) actually do. They are not very modify able but are VERY restricted from the factory. I have one myself and I know people who gained 13hp (on the dyno) just from a cat back and cold air intake

CAIs don’t fit well in 7th gen civics, from my understanding they pretty much end up right in the middle of where most of the heat is generated, so people either shorten their Cold air intakes or just put short rams on.
