Hi, did you try to open the door lock using the physical key? i have the same adel ls9 model but it didn't work. so if the internal mechanism fails, i'm basically screwed up

After cutting my finger. I cannot get into my closet. I’m Not a master, but just a user. When hitting zero, it does shine red. However, after hitting 1 then 2 it never turns red again. Can you help? We lost the directions, and I can’t get into my own closest unless my husband is home. A real pain…

Lyle Isaac when i got mine the key didn't work either but I kept fitting with it and than it started working again so just keep turning the key if it turns
