Frank I really appreciate these videos! I was wondering if you had some insight on how to wire the switch inside of an ansul box. It is the one the trips and switches the fan on if the system activates. I'd like to do it myself as it's the very last thing I have to do, but I couldn't find anything definitive online. Thank you again!

Definitely I would have no idea how to do that. I'm almost certain it has to get tagged by a fire company and they are the ones that installed it for me.

When you're putting the docket through the hole. What do you use to seal it? Does it have to be welded? What can you use a high temperature gasket?

What type of screws are used to attach the flat plate and also the fan where it is attached to the vent hole? Are they sheet metal screws? Thank you

Hello what is the size of the over size washers that you got from ACE hardware? I am waiting on my hood from hoodmart. I just want to get all the small parts as I wait. Also what was the size and length of the galvanized bolts you got from home depot.

They are the biggest ones you will see on the shelf. If I remember correctly a out 4 inches wide and very thick. Bolts longer than 3 inches you can cut them anyways

The hood Installation can you do id yourself on any state or on IL is allowed? I live in Florida and I believe I remeber someone from PA saying he had someone installing that i dont know if he just didnt want to do it himself or alse. where can i get that information?

The only thing I have seen that makes the build different is in California they require certain types or windows and floors. Haven't heard of anything from other places

Loving these videos! How much would you say everything cost in total and how long did it take you to complete?

Time- if you work on it daily and consistently easily 3-4 weeks. Money-hard to answer because equipment brands change price is it new or used. Materials inside same. But I spent about 13k not counting trailers

Did you have to predrill all the stainless steel screws in the duct? Or did you use self tappers. I’ve been catching hell with stainless self tappers into stainless sheets

Yes if they are burning out. Use a cobalt drill bit. Life saver

I personally don't Install the lights on the hood. I don't need them I have plenty of light from my LED lights. Wouldn't be able to tell you how to wire those. It's not worth the hassle to install them if you have bright lights

Frank, I have a question for you. When doing your grey water drain, where did you get your grey water hose to fit your 1 1/2 drain pipe? Love your videos and have been so helpful!! Hoping to open in about a week and a half!

If you refer to the one that comes from the fill valve to the tank. That's from class a customs

I meant the drain line from the grey water tank. When watching your video it shows the 1 1/2 line running out to the gate valve. Where did you find a grey water drain hose to fit 1 1/2” pipe? Thanks again!!

Frank I purchased hood vent package from hoods mart. I was told I have to get the lights tigwelded because they were not attached. Also it didn't come with any pre drilled holes. What can I do to get installed?

I don't Install lights in mine, it's not required and I have plenty of light in the trailer with the lights I install

Hey brothers I was hoping you could help. I bought a sure flow 12v water pump I have a 110/ 12v converter. No mater how I hook it up it just humms and doesn't pump. They sent me a replacement and the same thing. Pump has a red and a black wire converter has a white and black. I have water going to pump but nothing goes through
