Can you use to different size adapter cause my stove is one size and my Gas line is another size

Yes, very common to use adapters. Another thing to check out is see if you can find a kit built to your gasline that then goes down to the stove size. Shop around, they may have them in the sizes you want. This way, you can do the size changes you need, but without adapters, because the gas hose that you installed was prebuilt at the sizes you need.

No sediment trap and no drip line on the gas line. May no longer be code. A good time to update the line would have been when he updated the appliance.

I just got this exact model and the imbeciles who delivered it didn't even hook it up. Said that this very same kit you have in the video...they said take it back to the store with no explanation! They told us once we took it back and got a different kit, to call them and they'd come back to do this yet they didn't even leave their name and number! Frustrating! So now in this kit, there was a safety plus connector that I didn't see you use here. Is it necessary? Or was it built into your old gas line connectors as it was? This didn't look too hard so I might attempt doing this myself.

The safety valve is a great little tool that will add a layer of security. My set up already had something there, so I didn't install it with this stove. What those do is automatically shut off the gas if exposed to fire. Basically, inside that valve there is a plasticy/waxy ring on the inside of the valve that clogs the opening if it gets too hot or has too much gas escaping. If you have it, and it fits easy and uncomplicated, I say use it. It will still work without it, but if the valve fit perfectly where it was needed, I would throw it on there.
