Your video is helpful. Before I purchase the lock, I need to know how far down the keypad extends from the center of the deadbolt hole to see if I have the clearance to the top of my doorknob trim. And the same for the interior clearance. Can you please help? Thanks

On mine it's 5" from the center of the dead bolt shaft to the bottom of the lock.

My deadbolt is also working in reverse direction. How can I change the direction? Should I try master reset ?

I tried the old striker plate first but the deadbolt wouldn't enter freely. When I got looking at the two plates the new striker plate had a wider opening than the old one so I used it.

So long as it it wide enough for the new deadbolt yo padd through unhindered. This lock is unforgiving of even the slightest resistance.

Using one inch screws on the striker in the frame side is unsound. One kick and the door is open.

By installing this lock you still gotta use a key if you want to retain 2 locks. This is only a dead bolt. I wish they made something that would control door handle and dead bolt same time
