Can you tell me how the headphones fit in the helmet? I bought the same helmet by my low quality bluetooth speakers are too thick for it, gives me irritation on ear, i think mine are 13 mm and speaker pocket on covert is 7.5mm in depth. TIA.

Hi, I’m a little confused. The speakers from the Cardo Edge are 40mm by 12mm - not much different from the ones that you have - and you are correct the speaker pockets of the Covert FX are 7.5mm in depth. I honestly have no problem with them. Any chance you put the speaker booster pads on top of the Velcro when you were installing the unit? If so, just remove those and that just shave a few millimeters. Let me know if that made sense.

Thank you! Congratulations :) I love my helmet. I own 6 helmets and this one is the quietest one! I don’t have to turn up the volume of my cardo and compete with the wind noise. It’s light, stylish and it has vents to keep the wind out or in when it’s hot hehehe

@@thatmotogal for the left side where most of the wires sit, when putting that cheek pad back in how did u go about that? cus the lip on the pads block the entry. did u wrap it around the cheek toward the mouth? idk how to really explain it. i just dont wanna punch the wires putting in the left cheek pad.
