For anyone following this video: be careful when probing wire jackets. If you don’t cover the hole after with a non-silicone sealant and the wire is exposed to moisture it will corrode and build resistance until the wire no longer functions. Better to test at junction connectors with back probes.

Hi there Great vid I watched 10+times lol I finally feel ready for mine And i did hook it up Ran into couple issues 1. Door trigger only works with driver door So i connected to map light wire So it works But have to make sure i have Light courtesy lights switch on Which i dont like but ill take it!! 2. power locks dont work I hear relays inside module And when i check output It shows 0.8 and when i pressed remote goes to 1.1 I order another system just in case this is bad… Let me know if there is something i can do!! 10 dodge ram 1500 TIA

Your going to need a 461m relay to get your locks to works.

It’s totally normal with most cars to need the 451m. The alarms signals are not strong enough, the 451m will make them stronger. Really easy to wire up, it should come with instructions on how to use it.
