OK, so I have more of a question? I called Trail tech today to ask where I would get the VHB pad that is supposed to come with the rectifier to mount on my air box. The tech told me he’s been working there for 15 years and they have never sold one or they have never been on the back of their rectifiers. Also stated that I should not mount it to plastic as the back acts as a heat sink and will destroy the rectifier. I am building a dual sport 2022 CRF 250 F. It’s done, and I ground the top of the airbox to fit the rectifier. Any suggestions on where else to mount?

I have the Chinese COPY of this bike and need to replace stator/pulse ignighter . I have removed all side case 8mm screws, even the one inside starter motor gear housing but side case refusing to budge. I'm sure I missed something. Anybody know what the secret is ? I'm attempting to put the engine on a race kart and end up with a 200 cc 5 speed shifter kart : )

I just bought a 2019 Honda CRF230F yesterday. Is the Trail Tech Complete Stator Kit 70 Watt compatible with the 2019 machine? I followed the links from your video to the parts, but I had to change the year in order for the Honda to show up in the store. Great video by the way, the first mod I will do is upgrade the stator and get the headlight.
