2. Drain the central heating system: Attach a hose to the drain valve on one end and place the other end in a suitable drainage area or container. Open the drain valve to release any water in the system.

Even though you live in France you helped me with my Baxi 310 FI boilers here in High Crime Bronx New York in the states. I was so frustrated losing pressure every 3 days having no idea they had panckae expansion vessels hidden behind the boiler that were all at zero. Over 11 years and not once were they ever pressurized to 1 bar. Thank you Allen Hart from France.

Nice neat unit that Alan totally agree a filter is needed. Would it be possible for you to do a video on servicing a Viessmann 222f ?? The newer model with the digital touch screen I've now got one on my books to service I can find very little information on these ?? Regards Wayne Brown

Hi Allen qq I have a viesmann boiler 2 year old when it’s not In use the pressure gauge sits at 0 when the heating comes on pressure gauge rises to 1. Heating goes off goes back to 0 is that normal. I thought pressure should sit at 1 if it has been set to 1
