I really want to try a TTXAir 1 (single can) but support in USA really seems to be lacking. It doesn't appear Ohlins even reads or replies to KZbin comments on their own channel. I'd hate to spend $700+ on a shock and not be able to purchase volume spacers or service parts in the USA. I have a STX22 (1st gen Specialized Version) that Ohlins USA no longer supports and won't even service it! They want me to spend $600 on an upgraded coil shock that's backordered until July 2022! Very disappointed with Ohlins service.

Could I remove entirely bottom(bigger) spacer from double can? Manual specify the max amount but I am not sure what is the minimum volume.

What are the Ohlins part numbers for the volume reducer kits for the TTX air shocks? I'm having trouble finding them online.

Where can I buy volume spacers? I need some. But I am having a terribly hard time finding a website that sells them in the USA. Someone please give me a link to the volume spacers. I can’t find them on Jenson or worldwide.

On the double can version when sizing up on the spacer do you also fit the sleeve or is it 1 or the other?

Hi Phil, could you please clarify what you mean? If you're referring to the spacers, you can add/remove the spacers on the sleeve or eyelet of the shock - either way will work.

how do we do it for stx22? add oil or spacer?

I think it depends on which generation model you have. The first gen requires oil.
