If we need to change spring preload for the future, can we adjust it without dismantle the fork?

im looking at a 2019 Road Glide special with the FKS226 kit already installed (about 2k miles ago). The current owner and passenger were both 160 pounds. each Im 240, and the wife is 200. From what I saw, the spring is the same for all the touring models with a fairing correct? So if I understand correctly, there should be 140mm air space, and for my weight i just need to make sure the preload is set to the 15 turns, and then set my rebound and compression to your recommended settings. Is my understanding of all of this correct?

@@bartoszrigreat tbh a lot of adjustability and the front shocks are way more responsive.the stock shocks have a problem of dipping down hard and taking for ever to rebound

Disappointing that Ohlins don’t make a Nix kit for the CVOs. Huge oversight. Now I gotta use a legend front end with ohlins at the rear… but honestly gonna swap out the rear and get Legends as well. Shame.
