You'll have to contact Alpinestars directly. The cable is not available in store on online as far as we know.

Does the tech air 5 integrate with the sleeve led as well?

No, Tech Air 5 uses has lights on the vest down by the zipper. The Tech Air Race is the only vest which uses the LED cable.
