Hello. I bought these cameras. When I connect and install them, the installation process does not end. It stops at 85%. Everything is fine: internet, router, power supply. The cameras are working, the reset is also working. It is not possible to finish loading the camera into the application. Where can the problem be?

Hi, I just setup my new Zosi wired system, all is working great.the only thing I'm having trouble with is the time ,it shows GMT only ,how can I get to a menu that shows EST .I'm in New York. Thanks Johnny

Hello there, we just got a Zosi camera installed however On our Swann DVR it says Video Loss, we did eveything correctly and there is no issues with the network strength or the cables and wires. What seems to the problem? Is the Swann Dvr incompatible with Zosi!

Please check whether the infrared lights of the camera were lit? (You can use your hands to cover the camera's lens to check) If the infrared lights of the camera were not lit, please exchange another working camera's power supply and 1 to 4 power splitter cable to test.

Maybe annran power adaptor drops voltage or ampers needed to feed DVR. Try to connect any other different power supply 12V 2 or 5 Amps

does not need to reformat. It Loop automatically. erasing the old record (overwrite new one).

Hello Zosi. My wifi extender shut down, I got it back up, but I cant remember how to reconnect the network. I hit the obtain up address like video said and hit test but no luck. Any advice?

How does the audio from the camera's microphone make it back to the DVR? I only see a video (BNC connector) cable and power cable.

Ok quick question I connected everything the cameras the NVR but when I turn on the TV or monitor the only thing that come out is the ZOSI logo after 1 min I don’t see anything no images at all and the cameras are on can y’all help me with that? Thanks

So how do you stream and view the cameras remotely using a PC instead of the phone app? In the old days before smart phone's came into existence this could be done through your web browser. Also, my client would like to share his PC monitor with the DVR so he can monitor the cameras from his PC, the DVR and PC are both on the same network. Is their an app for this or is a switchbox needed to share the monitor with both devices?

None of our DVR system require an internet connection to be used locally. The internet connection is used to allow remote connection using a smartphone app or PC client. These features won''t be usable, but the system will still work as a local security system with recording and storage.

Hello I keep having problems with the application I have wired connection to my dvr it reads connected under information but after configuring with app I do not get any view on the app. Lots of people seem to be having same problem with the app any recomendation? I'm using zosi view app

How do you connect cameras that are not Zosi? I just bought a $900 system and I can't connect the existing cameras. I have the Zosi system at home and it works fine. I bought one for my job with existing POE cameras and they won't connect. I need to know how to fix this soon or I have to return the whole system and go for an Eclipse version, something I do NOT want to do.

Hello there, how I can to put only one channel on display? (I have 8 cameras). I can put in menu one channel but it back to show me 8 channel on display after some seconds again. this happening all the time. I want to choice just one channel to show on display all the time. Are there something option for that ? help me please.

You can click "Multi" to select the channels you want to show. Then click the "Stop Scan" please don't click "Start Scan". Otherwise, the settings will not be saved, it will jump to the default channels automatically. Hi, Cesar. When you remote viewing on your home TV/monitor by using this system, there's no need of internet service. But if you want to remote viewing on your phone with the app, then you need to check out the network connection of the DVR.

Yes, it's ok. If you want to remote viewing on your phone, then you need to connect to the internet.

Looking to get a Zosi recorder to replace my SZSinocam NVR that no longer recognizes the hard drive. Bought a new hard drive and unit still does not find the drive. My question is can I replace what I have with a Zosi? My cameras are also SZSinocam and are hard wired to the router. Will Zosi recognize the cameras?

Hi Peter, I' m afraid that zosi nvr can't recognize the SZZinocam. It's better to work the zosi nvr with zosi camera.

If you enter the password generated by SPD but cannot log in to the system, you can enter the system again by upgrading the system.

It maybe that the system is unable to start due to insufficient power supply. - Please change another working power supply to connect the system to try. If you installed an internal hard disk in the system, the hard disk has bad sectors may also cause this problem. - Please disassemble the rear cover of the DVR / NVR system and unplug the date wire and power wire of the hard drive to try.

I'm trying to set up my cameras but it keeps telling me wrong QR code, it said I need to enter 20digit UID number which I dont have. I tried all the 7 apps you have but can't get one to work! Really frustrated at this point.

All the ZOSI videos I found on youtube all show this exact same setup.. None show how to setup a PTZ camera... now the setting for the PTZ camera's.. Bullet camera's are very limited. If anyone has found a video for ZOSI setup of PTZ cameras please share...

​@@gilmireya Actually record don't need external something. But if you want to playback the recording, you need to install the hard disk in the dvr for the local storage.

I just installed my cameras and whenever I try to control anything on the dvr it keeps asking me for my login. I put in my login for my account and password but it says something is wrong. What information do I use?

Please save the password field as blank and click Login to check. If it still not work, please send the device's ID and model number to us. Does anyone know what the viewing angle is for these cameras? The online description says 90 degrees but I doubt it. Some people say it’s 75 degrees.

First of all, please make sure that your DVR/NVR system has installed the internal hard drive. Our DVR/NVR can't support the external hard drive to record, and without a hard drive, it cannot record and playback. You can go to DVR's Main Menu - Setup - Record - Recycle Record, then click the recycle record tab to enable it. Select to recycle the oldest video with the most recent video as hard drive space is needed. The default is set to overwrite the oldest material on the DVR. Be advised that turning this setting off will require manual management of any files on the DVR. If un-managed the DVR may fill up, and the DVR may not record.

I don’t know if this is still relevant seeing as this comment is a year old but this recently happened to me took out my hard drive when the system booted back up it said no disk I had to open it up take the hard drive out and put a new hard drive in the weird thing is the hard drive that I took out is still good had a 2 TB in there.

i order a zusi cctv camera from amazon for 8camera. we dont have a hard desh inside.. only 8x camera.. 3x adaptor. box of DVR. 8x cables

Please restart the DVR/NVR and go to Main Menu--Set up>Basic>Date and time> to open Sync Time with NTP Server. Click "Update Now" option to check if you can get a successful message. After you get it, please add the device to the app again.

Please check whether the infrared lights of the camera were lit? (You can use your hands to cover the camera's lens to check) If the infrared lights of the camera were not lit, please exchange another working camera's power supply and 1 to 4 power splitter cable to test.

​@@ZosiTechnology I don't think there is a qr code on the DVR box. The only qr codes on the box, are for downloading the app. To get the device ID, I had to go to Main Menu > Information > System. However the device ID isn't 20 characters, and the qr code, doesn't work properly

Hi, please tell me your device model. It's on the label under the DVR/NVR. And did your DVR/NVR connect to the LAN? If so, your phone must be on the same network so that you can remote viewing.

What do you do when the system must be on the 2nd floor and cannot reach the router/switch/ISDN but shows power & hard drive lights as active except no matter what HDMI cable you use and which HDMI port you plug each of the HDMI cables tried into, the Television as well as all displays claim there is nothing connected... but the device has a Quality Assurance marked sticker on it so either I have 5 HDMI cables providing full 4:4:4 4K with Dolby Vision, HDR10, HLG and HDR10 with absolutely no issues, or your Quality Assurance marked device was defective from the moment of production and I'm now stuck dealing with this trainwreck as well as the loss of funds for the 6TB hard drive purchased and installed.
