1. Make sure all your audio drivers are updated 2. Look on yt for videos (which your doing) 3. Reinstall windows using flash drive. 4 get a usb mic splitter plugin ( my problem was that the audio port on my mother board got fried so instead of replacing it I got a usb mic splitter adapter now works like a charm. Hopes this helps

You have to install realtak sound driver manually from the site of realtak according to your operating system and its requirements ..then this options will show...
